Junior-PAM
Entry level PAM-Fluorometer for teaching classes and workshops
The JUNIOR-PAM is an entry-level Pulse-amplitude modulated (PAM) chlorophyll fluorometer which can perform full-range of photosystem II saturation pulse analysis. Available in blue and white versions, both are equipped with a far-red LED with a maximum emission around 745 nm and an emission range from 675-800n nm which is needed for determination of F0’ level fluorescence.
About the systems
The BLUE version is the standard configuration of the JUNIOR-PAM and is well suited for fluorescence measurements in most eukaryotic algae and higher plants. However, for algae that absorb weakly in the blue range, such as certain species within the phylum cyanobacteria, the WHITE version provides substantially stronger fluorescence signals compared to the BLUE version.Included in the package
