The PAM-2500 from Walz is a a Portable Fluorometer for measurements on leaves and suspensions with USB- and Bluetooth interface. The PAM-2500 can connect to the Leaf Clip Holder 2030-B or 2060-B or Mini Quantum/Temperature Sensor (2060-M).
Features:
- red Measuring-Light LED-Array (630 nm)
- red Chip-On-Board Power LED-Array (630 nm) for continuous actinic illumination (max. 5000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR)
- Saturation Pulses/Multiple Turnover flashes (max. 25000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR) and saturating Single Turnover flashes (max. 125000 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR; adjustable between 5 and 50 μs)
- LED-Array for continuous blue light (max. 800 μmol m-2 s-1 PAR) and far-red light for selective PS I illumination;
- maximum time resolution of 10 μs.
Includes:
- WinControl-3 System Control and Data Acquisition Program (Microsoft Windows 10 and 11) for operation of measuring system via PC, data acquisition and analysis.
NOTE: Not compatible with Windows 10 using ARM processors - Special Fiberoptics 2010-F,
