Measurement of the water potential gradient within the Soil, Plant, and Atmosphere Continuum
Measuring soil water potential, the plant demand and response to the available water, and the atmospheric driver (vapour pressure deficit) simultaneously the factors within the relationship can be identified.
ICT International offer a range of solutions for the continuous measurement of water potential within the soil, plant, and atmosphere continuum connected with an IoT-capable datalogger.
Combined with other measurements this data can be used to empower irrigation decisions, species selection for drought, or other measurements in the soil-plant-atmosphere continuum.
Sensor combinations are built around three tiers of products, providing increasingly responsive and accurate solutions, culminating in a system that measures absolute water potential throughout the SPAC.

About the SPAC Water Potential systems:
All systems are built upon the ICT International Datalogger, which is optimised for the Dataview data handling platform. Providing an all-in-one datalogger, with power management and data handling, the datalogger platform is expandable with optional communication and sensor expansion modules.
The systems contain all parts required for the installation of the system, enabling the deployment of the system from the box.
