Designed for use with specific Apogee sensors and meters, these accessories simplify installation and use of the sensor meter.
By using the purpose designed accessories, such as the mounts, consistent and simple installation of Apogee sensors and meters is possible.
The configuration tools assist with the installation and data collection from the sensors and meters respectively.

Accessories for sensors
- For mounting and leveling sensors:
- Single Sensors
- AL-100 leveling plate is used to ensure a level surface for solar radiation sensors when mounted on a flat surface. Compatible sensors include Apogee pyranometer, pyrgeometer, and quantum sensors.
- AL-120 is an adaptable bracket for post or pole mounting (1.3” to 2.1” diameter) to provide a level mounting. With a spring fitted between the levelling plate and the bracket to ensure easy levelling using the build bubble level. Compatible sensors include the Apogee pyranometer, pyrgeometer, and quantum sensors.
- AM-020: Apogee PVC Sensor Platform for positioning sensors on a short term basis on tabletops and similar surfaces. Does not offer any additional levelling
- Dual Sensors:
- AL-130 Albedometer mounting bracket provides mounts for the upward and downward pyranometer. With a pole mount option, the levelling plate includes a bubble mount to ensure a level installation.
- AM-500 mounting bracket is perfectly designed for the mounting rod that comes with the net radiometer (AM-130).
- Mounting brackets for sensors:
- AM-400: Downward Mounting Accessory for Inverted Sensors. The AM-400 is marked with angle marks for easy, consistent installation.
- Mounting rods for sensors:
- AM-130: Mounting fixture for albedometer with an integrated levelling bubble and splitter for the SP-710-SS sensors.
- AM-140: Mounting rod for the S2 series NDVI and PRI sensors with an integrated levelling bubble.
- AM-240: Provides a mounting system for the above mounting rods, allowing the mounting to a pole or post either horizontally or vertically, allowing adjustment to ensure the sensor is level
- Solar panel mounting bracket for albedometer:
- AM-150: Compatible with the Apogee AM-130 as well as the SP-722-SS Modbus albedometer, the AM-150 is a versatile bracket for installation on solar panels for long term measurement of the albedo in solar arrays.
- Single Sensors
Accessories for meters
- Apogee meter brackets support both the integrated meters (MQ-100x and MP-100) and the meter with cable range (MQ-200, MQ-500, MU-200 and MP-200) for reliable spot-check of the measurements.
- AL-210: Meter leveling plate / mounting bracket for integrated meters
- AM-001: Meter mounting bracket for meters with sensors attached by cable
- Wands for use with meters with cable attached sensors.

- Carrying case:
- A protective carrying case the AA-100 is ideal for the transport and storage of for Apogee meters, sensors and accessories. With a convoluted foam insert, the AA-100 protective carry case reduces the risk of damage to your Apogee meters or sensors.
Note: This case will fit the AM-310 telescopic wand but will not fit the AM-320 underwater wand.

Configuration accessories
- Apogee USB Converter: The USB Converters to configure Apogee sensors are available in SDI-12 (AC-421) and Modbus (AC-422) versions, allowing for configuration and sample measurements before installation of the Apogee sensor. These convertors have many applications, including:
- Sensor configuration or programming.
- Troubleshooting.
- Field use.
- Research and classroom laboratories.
Configuration can be performed using any terminal program, or Apogee DSI software (available from the Apogee website).
Data accessories
- The Apogee AC-100 communication cable enables the connection of an Apogee portable meter to a computer (either Windows or Mac). Contained within the cable are the electronics required to convert the signal from the Apogee Meter into a USB signal that a computer will recognise. Software that is Windows (XP or later) or Mac (10.10 or later) compatible is included on a USB drive or is available from Apogee’s website.
