Everest Infrared Thermometry Range
Infrared thermometry for agronomy and environmental science
Everest offer four infrared thermometers for agronomy and environmental science applications where fast and reliable measurements are needed.
- 4000L Enviro-Therm: For the measurement of plant foliage surface temperature, the Enviro-Thermâ„¢ is an infrared temperature sensor for installation as part of a monitoring solution.
- 6000L Vario-Therm: The Vario-Therm™ is an extremely small sensor that uses infrared thermometry to measure temperatures between -40°C and 100°C, with ±0.5°C accuracy, with a response time of under 1 second.
- 100L Agri-Therm II: Handheld and non-contact, the AGRI-THERM IIâ„¢ is used for the measurement of surface temperatures for research in agronomy and environmental science.
- 6110L and 6210L Agri-Therm III: The Agri-Therm IIIâ„¢ offers increased accuracy for non-contact infrared measurement of temperature.
4000L Enviro-Therm
Designed with features that minimise contaminants from obscuring the lens (the Bernoullian baffle), as well as the advanced SKY-SPY system (correcting errors caused by radiation to the sky).
Combined, these features ensure accurate measurements over a -10°C to 100°C (-10°C to 50°C accuracy of ±0.3°C and 50°C to 100°C accuracy of ±0.5°C) with a response time of 0.75 seconds.
6000L Vario-Therm
With a field of view variable from 2mm to 4° using the Vario-Zoom™ focusing feature, the Vario-Therm™ can be adjusted to suit many applications.
Available in either a voltage output (analogue millivolt (10mv/°C)) or digital output. Additional optional outputs include 4-20mA and 0-5V.
100L Agri-Therm II
Key plant physiological parameters (eg crop water index-CWSI)Â for decision making can be drawn from the measurements using the Agri-Therm IIâ„¢.
Using an adjustable focus system, the Agri-Therm IIâ„¢ can measure from a single pine needle to a whole crop canopy. The variable focus, variable field of view and variable target spot size allows these measurements to be made.
6110L and 6210L Agri-Therm III
Like the Agri-Therm IIâ„¢, the Agri-Therm IIIâ„¢ is widely used for the measurement of surface and ambient temperatures, as well as the temperature differential.
Two versions are available:
- 6110L: No logger; instant reading on the unit.
- 6210L: With logger for download via USB cable.
The Everest Infrared thermometry range utilise unique technologies to provide high quality measurement of specific points for agronomy and environmental science applications.
With the ability to focus the field of view from 4° to 20° (depending on model), or a measurement point as small as 2mm (depending on model), the Everest infrared temperature sensors are versatile and reliable measurement solutions for non-contact temperature measurement.
