Overview
The DUAL-PAM is a P700 and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Measuring System for photosystem II and photosystem I activities.
Available in two versions, the DUAL-PAM-100 (modular power and control unit) and DUAL-PAM/F (Fibre version) is a highly customisable system with the inclusion of accessory sensors.

- DUAL-PAM/F Fibre optics Version for simultaneous measurements of Chl fluorescence (PS II) and P700 absorbance changes (PS I), particularly for measurements in the field and with opaque samples that do not allow P700-measurements in the transmission mode. Control Unit with connectors for the Special Fibre optics 2010-F, as well as for either Mini Quantum Sensor US-MQS/WB or Leaf Clip Holder 2030-B or Mini Quantum/Temp. Sensor 2060-M. Including DualPAM Software (Windows 7/8/10) for operation of measuring system via PC, data acquisition and analysis. Including Special Fibre optics 2010-F, USB cable, Battery Charger (to charge internal battery) and Transport Box with room for Basic System and Accessories. All optical and electronic components are contained in the Control Unit: P700-Dual-Wavelength-Emitter Array (830 and 875 nm); red LED-Array (635 nm) for excitation of Chl fluorescence; fluorescence and P700 Detector/Pulse Preamplifier; red Chip-On-Board LED Array (635 nm) for continuous actinic light, saturating Single Turnover flashes (width from 5 to 50 μs) and Multiple Turnover flashes (width from 1 to 1000 ms); blue LED (460 nm) for continuous actinic light; far-red LED (730 nm) for preferential illumination of PS I.
